Service Agreement

By booking a service or repair with TELEVISION Service Center, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of LED TVs.

Service Warranty

Repairs provided by TELEVISION Service Center are covered by a warranty period of [X] days/weeks/months from the date of service, depending on the nature of the repair. This warranty covers only the parts and labor related to the repair performed. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Misuse or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Estimates and Charges

We provide free or paid diagnostic services (based on policy), after which a detailed cost estimate will be provided. Estimates are subject to change based on additional issues discovered during the repair process. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before proceeding with further repairs.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made via [insert accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, etc.]. Non-payment will result in withholding the repaired item until the due payment is received.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data and content on their LED TV. SS LED TV Service Center is not responsible for any loss of data or settings as a result of the repair process. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing issues or damage prior to the repair.

Parts and Components

All parts replaced during the repair process will be original, OEM, or high-quality alternatives. The customer will be informed of the type of parts used. Replaced parts will become the property of TELEVISION Service Center unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations and Refunds

Services can be canceled before the repair process begins. Once work has started, cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds will not be provided for completed services, but any issues with the repair will be addressed under the warranty terms.
